Just a note on the meeting date.
During the meeting, it was decide we would meet on Feb. 9th.
The Starlight was booked for that date so it was changed to the 16th.
Now, since we are going to meet at Bushwoods, do we want to change it back to the 9th?

The reason I ask:
1.) The sooner the better in my book.
2.) I know a couple people that can't make it on the 16th and want to be there to help.

Of course, this all depends on the 9th being available @ Bushwoods.

Also my 2 cents on the name :

Unless something more sexy with longevity comes along I like Eastern Iowa Disc Golf Association. I like Association more than Club as it has a more organized and professional sound to me anyways.


Let me know what you want, today being the 2nd of the month I would like to call Derek sooner than later if you want the 9th!

They have a party of 15 @ 6:30 on the 9th but Derek said he has no problem splitting up the room for us.


We can do the 9th, I asked him if he partitions the room off or just splits up tables. He said the room seats 70 so I don't think we would have an issue. If the room isn't partitioned then we may have a bunch of cackling women etc....depending on what they have booked.


As of now we are go if that's cool, he hasn't gotten back to me if its partitioned...

I'm alright with splitting the room. As long as Derek says it's OK, he's the one that has to answer to them so I say let's do it. Having the meeting on the specified original date and keeping things moving forward is more important to me then privacy in the room right now. In the future, I could see privacy being more important though.
