Cold, Snowy and no more football guess it's time to play disc!
Come join us as we give mother nature a birdie or 2, and raise money for two great causes.
The B.H.M.D.G.L. Proudly presents...

The Dann Schultz Memorial Snow Disc 25
Saturday February 13th
Tourist Park in Cedar Falls, IA
Registration: 9am-10:15am
Players Meeting: 10:30am
Tee Off: 10:45-11:00am

Entry Fee: $10
Ace Fund (optional): $2
Cash Pool (optional) $10

Once again we will be playing two rounds at tourist, having fun and raising money in memory of our friend, and one of the founding fathers of disc golf in our area Dann Schultz. This is a Charity tournament. We use recycled trophies and donated prizes to keep tourney cost to a min. All Proceeds will be donated to the Hospice House and Cancer Research in the name of Dann Schultz. Last year we raised $1000 and hope to do more this year.
This was always Dann's tournament and even in his absence it always will be.

This is a flight style tournament.
1st rd. score will determine which of the 3 flights (divisions) you will be placed in.
2nd rd. Play to win your division.
Money Pool is seperate (can still cash even if in lower flights)
Trophies for top three in each division.

I hope you can join us in making some snow birdies for a good cause.
See you all soon
Lee

According to PDGA site it's Oak Grove in CA

"Multi-terrained, oak lined course. Very challenging despite short length. Dusty in the summer. 1st permanent polehole course in the world."

http://www.pdga.com/course_directory/course/oak-grove-hahamongna-park

Looks like Tourist was installed a year later

Back on topic, I think I might be able to make this one if my schedule allows.

Tourist was the first one in the state and the third in the world. The Black Hawk Metro Disc Golf league is also the very first pdga sanctioned league, pdga#3217.
