What is Iowa disc golf policy regarding the use of bionic limbs in competition? I have a friend, we'll call him Lee. He had this operation a while back, and it cost like 6 million dollars. Anyway, he wants to get on the tour, and asked me to ask you about his condition. Thanks.

I’ve seen Lee throw back in the 70’s when his arm was new. I think it would be annoying as every thing he throws is in sloooow moooootion.

Without looking it up, I think I recall reading an exception for artificial devices. Never seen an artificial arm used, but used to play with Bob Sedain(?) a bunch in the mid 90s who played with an artificial leg. I can't imagine it being a problem until someone clearly exhibits an advantage with it.

I'll bet today's bionics tech is much quieter.
