and pull 1,9,10, 18, 17 and people will thing all the baskets are gone....?

No basket pulling. We'd never get them back in until thaw time. Some sleeves hold water. The park will have sign by the gate.

Some pieces of leftover scrap pole material from your basket projects could be used as placeholders to keep the sleeves serviceable while the baskets are pulled?

We had pipe markers similar to the pen until someone used one to whack on #15. I cut them down to use as caps. I didn't want to have to buy twice as many locks originally so we never could lock them in. I know at least 2 of the lower basket sleeves hold water/ice so they would never go back in.

I'd bet those helmets won't be around in the middle of winter.

I think there are people that push the hills toward the river during deer season. I don't know where they set up or where they fire from, but the valley by hole 1 seems like a good option. I do not want to get caught trying to play through that.
We can enjoy the course for the other 47 weeks.

I shot a squirrel in IC one time and got a $650 fine. Had to go to court and everything.

I am sad. I had so much fun playing winter golf at wildcat. Keep us updated if anything changes.

It's OK Dustin, there's plenty of winter after Jan. 10th.

Did the special use of the park pass?

I am fine taking my life in my own hands and playing DG around hunters. I just don't want to break any DNR rules.

We agreed to stay clear thru Jan 10th. Avoiding any complaints is the goal. If discers are out there and hunters complain about it, then that goal is not met. So please help us by playing somewhere else. I really don't want to be asked to attend any more special meetings.

There has been no formal agreement to stay clear , we are taking it upon ourselves to stay away mainly during shotgun season Dec 4th thru Dec 19th . I have talked to a few hunters the last few days and they said the last place they would hunt would be at Wildcat and if they did it would be to bow hunt only.
