lost katana

Postby tufluk » Mon Feb 21, 2011 8:03 pm

During Ice Bowl I left a red Champion Katana (fund raiser) on hole 6 Cam I. About 35 ft. from 15s basket. Not in the brush, Right in fairway. My usual head-up-my-@ss self. My nephew has told me 100 times, better to lose a marker than a disc, and I keep throwing from the disc and walking away. Didn't notice 'til just now, washing my discs, that one missing. Then the light comes on. Screwed, Dude  I would appreciate if it comes home.

Left side, 2/3 up the hill. Had enough on it to reach the basket but too low and clipped a twig and knocked it down.

I heard Gene likes a challenge. I lost my favorite disc on hole eleven in the crap on the right. We thought it was a little lower down than higher up the hill...but no luck and I have bad luck with poison ivy. It's a pro starfire and my favorite disc. Hoping people will keep an eye out. Might be up in the trees, it was during league and the card behind us shooed us on after we looked a while. Thanks! Kelly 309-236-7578

I was out looking for around an hour. Found an orange pro destroyer on the left side. (I looked on both sides after seeing Paul's post) Always include color in description. Cam I has a lot of chucker traffic. Lost discs have a short shelf life. I looked hard in the canopy too. Sorry.

Somewhere on Cam 1 or 2? That narrows it down.
