How sweet was it to be a Yanks fan last night? Oh, none of you know? Well ill tell ya...it was Chucking awesome. How sick was it to have Red Sox nation rooting for the Yanks to win, then lose in that fashion, in all ways to lose? Oh man...it was one of those rare instances where I get to laugh like a maniac and point at the TV and say Chuck you to Boston over and over and over again. Oh sorry Boston, we got "swept" by the Rays? Umm, oops. Oh sorry Boston, we "blew" a 7-0 lead? Yeah that wasnt semi-intentional or anything. Loved seeing Jeter and Tex smiling ear to ear right after they lost. Such sweet, sweet bliss.

It was f'ing sweet :D Even better was Ortiz throwing his own pity party in the dugout.

At this point, I wouldn't care if the yankees got knocked out in their first go around...the Red Sox missed the playoffs.

Big surprise. Instead of celebrating an invitation to the postseason. You guys are celebrating the Cubs having another losing season.

Who is going to the World Series this year?

Rangers vs. Tigers

Brewers vs. Cardinals

I am predicting a Tigers and Cardinals World Series.

I'd prefer Tigers/Brewers, but I wouldn't mind a little payback! Hopefully Verlander can get a couple starts without getting rained out.

Saint Louis Cardinals versus the Texas Rangers in the World Series.

This is a tough one to call. The Rangers have been playing solid baseball for a while. The Cardinals have been playing great for the last month and a half. It should be a very good World Series.

I will go with the Texas Rangers to win it all this year.

I think its a pretty simple call, Rangers in 5 at the most.
