Pacers roster is deep. As close as they came to knocking out Miami last year without Granger, seems good odds for the young Pacers team to knock out aging Heat, depending where the Bulls fall into the picture. Bulls always seem to be a force against top teams even when Chicago's not looking good.

really?

like.. really?!? Man if the Heat are "aging" already I don't even know what to think... One player (barely) over 30 and a great young bench. The Spurs must be living dead people

Well that sucks for D Rose and the Bulls. Hopefully he can still Grant Hill his career.

Actually 58% of the Heat roster is over 30. I thought the Spurs were old, too, but stats say otherwise. Heat even have a guy older than Timmy D. - guy who pulled through last year in crunch time.

- Heat have three players 27 and under (avg. 31, 10 yrs in league).
- Spurs have eight players 27 and under (avg. 28, 6 yrs in league)
- Pacers have eight players 27 and under (avg. 28, 5 yrs in league)

I'm thinking Rose more Kerry Wood than Grant Hill. Nothing worse than "Hall of Famer" talk with no body of work.

Yeah, good comparison. I like Rose - but he doesn't have the polish that Grant Hill has always had. There should be value in being a class act over a long career, unlike the other Rose (baseball) who definitely has the body of work but not the class. Guess I don't know how he acted in the 70's/80's.
