2009 Worknights

Postby Captain » Wed May 20, 2009 1:44 pm

Had a great worknight last night. Finished stairs from 2-3 and 3-4. Built another step off the front of #5's tee box and filled in with fill dirt.

Thanks to all that helped out and gave up a great night of playing.

Next worknight:

Sugar Bottom, Tuesday, May 26th, @ 5:30

Maybe you haven't heard but the next initiative at Turkey is to have chicks on call to deliver cold beer to tee of choice.

I'll be up to Wildcat soon to see how you're doing, keeping up with that.

BTW nice shooting with you at LOD Steve!

Greg -- this is now your entire responsibility for the worknights. You can sit in a lawn chair and drink said beer while we work; as long as you get the girls. Topless is acceptable.

Sure, I'll take that gig, sit and drink beer shirtless while you guys work, sounds great. And I get the girls too! Dang you are in a generous mood.

We don't have any chicks delivering beer but we do have a cooler buried on the front nine. I wonder where? :?

For all the non-work going on Sugar looked to be in nice shape, other than some string trimming and mowing, as I played this morning in the rain on my way to CR (I should have waited a few more hours and I would have been spoiled with lots of sun). When I stepped up to the tee on 11 I forgot all about the long pin that was put in right before I left town ........ that was a nice deuce to get!!! I shot a 3 down in the rain at one of my all-time favorite courses ........ Man I miss this course
