Teedevil?

Anyone get this one yet or know what it is supposed to be like...Picture makes it look like it has a decent sized rim.

11-08-17 - Innova TeeDevil
It's time for a new driver from Innova, this time a less stable variant of the Destroyer, TeeDevil. According to Dave at Innova the TeeDevil flies similar to a slightly worn Destroyer, with a little less over stability. The flight rating is not set yet, but a guess is; Speed = 12, Glide = 5, HSS -2 and LSS 2. TeeDevil in Champion plastic is reserved for the fundraiser program for now; first run will be made for the Australian Open. The plan is that it will be released in Star plastic during October. TeeDevil was approved by the PDGA last weekend. Some figures:
Outside diameter: 21.2 cm (max weight 176.0 grams)
Inside rim diameter: 16.4 cm
Height: 1.6 cm
Rim depth: 1.2 cm
Rim thickness: 2.4 cm
Flexibility rating: 11.59 kg
Rim configuration rating: 28.50 mm

That's odd. Maybe bc mine was a champ 171 it was so flippy. Or the expected inconsistencies from Innova?

Teedevil

Postby DLCdisc » Thu Mar 29, 2012 4:35 pm

Just picked up a Star Teedevil last weekend. Only thrown about a dozen times so far. Beefy and overstable so far (even into the wind). I think once its been thrown a while, it will be a multifunctional long driver. Not sure where this one fits in my lineup, but I like the way it feels in the hand and it will get in there somehow.
