Disc golf DVD videos

Didn't find a thread for DVD's when I searched, so creating one.

I seasonally fall out of the DG loop and then in the spring get the fever and end up looking for videos to do some catching up. Looking at potentially hitting up Blue Ribbon Pines this year so I got a video to preview the course. Also been wanting to watch Sprague beat Schultz in 06 MSDGC and found all four MSDGC's for $25 on their site - pretty good deal to replace unreturned loaners. Still need to watch all of '07, but seems like '04 is the most entertaining of those.

Blue Ribbon Pines Clash DVD is pretty good. Best shot doubles, The Champs (Climo and Schultz) vs. The Kids (Nikko and Cale). Has a pretty sweet deuce early on by Cale, using his Iron Lion Buzz that he throws on a majority of the holes. DVD also has a short walkthrough of Bryant Lake. Ordered it based on reveiws here http://www.discgolfreview.com/forums/vi ... =3&t=20688

You can find almost every big tournament on youtube now. I do like watching the DVD's though with the older school guys, little different type of golf back then.

The MSDGC series are awesome. Let the dvd
Sit for awhile and random scenes starting playing - bonus footage!

McFlySoHigh videos on YouTube are fantastic. HD and edited down. 18 holes in 30 minutes.

I love that Steve Dodge edits the videos in non-sequential order, meaning he shows a stretch of holes for an individual so you can feel what they're experiencing. Very innovative and the camera guys have pre-defined and marked places to stand during play.

So Keppy how did you like the 2006 MSDGC? I'm not sure if other years have the feature, but when you let the DVD sit, random video clips will play and they're usually from the party or something bizarre - it's awesome!

What happened to the VIbram Open videos for 2011 & 2012?? I have all the MS/VO videos up to those. One of my personal favorites is the doubles/triples you & AO were in, Chris.

I appreciate that experience more now that so much time has passed. Nothing feels so good as frustrating other great players!
