Conditions?

Demo and install will not be a problem. I can get a crew in no time. It is the politics that I have never dealt with.

Hope someone spends a little more time than this, wherever they go.

I meant that I have already been thinking of this and it wouldn't take much for me to lay out a map. Like I said before, I have been up alot. I would not doubt some things take time, but if YOU go up and check it out it pretty much falls into place, except for the woods in the back. There is lots of elevation and room for great holes! Add in a couple of wooded holes and it can rank up there with the rest of the great courses in DSM area!

A buddy just told me the course has been mowed. Gonna go check it out today and see if they cleared any pads as well.

Fixed?

I was thinking it would be good to get out there. Not a bad place to get in a post work round when the days are short.

Mowing is one thing. They might need to windrow it and bale it before it's playable.

Basically this. It was mowed, but everything was so tall it looks like a hay field out there. It is playable, but all they did was mow, so it's not pleasant yet.

Pretty sure that gate hasn't been open more than a few days in the last two years.
