#14 Temp Pad

#14 Temp Pad

Postby hyzerman16234 » Tue Aug 06, 2013 8:50 am

We have placed a temporary pad on #14. It's 93 in front of the regular pad. The idea is to evaluate whether it will work for the 1st round pad in the singles tourney. It's still 471ft in the C pin. Let us know what you think. We will evaluate all 3 pins between now and October.

It's just before the steps going down. Left side of the fairway looking straight down the line.

Jay there are a couple photos on the WB course page (page 2) that show a view that is close to where the pad is. That should give you an idea...it is on the left edge of the fairway, the photo is taken from the middle so it is a much straighter shot. Those old photos are fun to look at.....much has changed.

I did not throw from the temp pad yesterday when I was up since I hate uneven rubber tees, but it sure looked like a good alternate placement.

We'll be working on the levelness next week.
