Good suggestion GDL. I am willing to help even if only to swing a weed whip around the tees while playing a round. This course deserves some love.

Marty and Steve changed most basket to Red this will make the course much easier to maintain and play.

Any update on conditions at this course?
Got a group from WI coming down in a couple weeks to check it out and play Wild Cat Bluff.

Thanks to the CheeseHawk players coming to our course for their tour. They played doubles on Burr Oak and then went to Wildcat for single after a Brats lunch. The winner of the double were Ben Blake and Mike Minard.
Second was the ACE man Mike Kindschi and Lee Cronkhite . Thanks again

Well the grass is done growing and Marty, Steve and my grand kids are opening up the real tight spots we had. I thought the players would want the challenge but I don't think so, to many lost discs. I think you will notice next spring The course plays pretty easy this time of the year. We will be closed from the first of Dec. till the Dec 23 for deer season. The gates will be closed. After that I will try to keep the parking lot clean depends on snow fall. Between now and then if you have kids or small friends you need to come and check out the beavers and their work. One dam on 18 and the big one is straight west of 12 tee. Quite a site if you like nature, had otters last year. Come late afternoon till dusk

Gate open About 4 inches of snow. Use your own judgement. We will still be here in the spring.

No with the temp didn't see much use. Sound like this weekend should be nicer unless the freezing rain comes. Always something.
